This two-day DEF CON Training in Las Vegas, led by Abhijith B R, walked participants through offensive cyber security operations end to end, adversary emulation, C2 operations, breach and adversary attack simulation, threat-actor and ransomware emulation, defense evasion, and purple teaming.
Attendees worked inside a guided red-team breach simulation lab range with enterprise defenses in place (AV, EDR, SIEM, web proxies), moving through the full attack lifecycle from initial access to exfiltration, mapping real-world TTPs to MITRE ATT&CK and correlating telemetry to see each technique from both the attacker and defender side. Participants who passed the practical proficiency exam earned the CBAS certification.
