At RSA Conference 2025, our founder Abhijith B R led this Learning Lab for security leaders on designing and running table-top exercises that actually move the needle. The focus was on building exercises tailored to an organization's real risks and decision-makers: scoping realistic scenarios, framing the decisions leadership needs to rehearse, facilitating the discussion, and capturing the lessons that turn a one-off exercise into lasting readiness.
Attendees left with a practical, repeatable method they could use to craft and run their own table-tops for boards, executives, and incident response teams.
