At RSAC 2026, our founder Abhijith B R ran this hands-on Learning Lab on turning ransomware incident response readiness into something teams can practice, not just plan for. Instead of a static tabletop, the lab makes ransomware response a gamified exercise: participants step through a realistic attack as it unfolds and make the calls a real incident demands, containment, communication, escalation, and recovery, under time pressure.
The session walks through how to design and facilitate these gamified exercises so attendees can take the format home and run their own, turning incident response plans into muscle memory across both technical and leadership teams.
